The version is Windows 2003 R2 standard or enterprise.
The windows install is a default installation.
The only items configured/enabled/installed are the IP address, Admin password, remote desktop, VMWare tools, and the firewall.
The windows 2003 cd files are located on the c drive in i386. If you ever recevie a propmt for the windows installation media just point it to that directory.
