cpsrvd failed email

At times you may receive an email, from the chkservd service, stating that cpsrvd failed. This email can be ignored in most all cases, unless the following occurs:
* You receive 5 or more in a row
* You receive more than 4 in a day, NOT directly following reboots.
Please open a support ticket if either of the above are true.

In most cases the ‘cpsrvd failed’ emails come in directly after a reboot. This is because of the order in which cPanel has chosen to start the cpanel service after the chkservd service. When chkservd attempts to validate the cpsrvd process it then fails as the process has just not yet started.
