HPC Host provides the following services with its managed pfsense firewall:
- Active monitoring
- Firewall rule changes
- Port forwarding
- 1:1 NAT
- 2 Site to Site VPN setup
- support up to 4 Network Interfaces/VLANs
Firewall rule changes/ Port Forwarding/1:1 NAT
HPC Host will review and perform firewall rule changes requested by customer
HPC Host will review to make sure no conflicts will arise and advise if any changes could have a negative affect on your security.
IPSec VPN
HPC Host will setup and manage 2 IPSec VPN tunnels for customer.
Additional IPSec VPN tunnels can be ordered for $10 per month management charge and a one time setup charge of $40
IPsec VPN troubleshooting
HPC host will troubleshoot up to 1 hour for the 2 IPsec VPN tunnels per month.
Please request firewall changes with our Managed Firewall Department allow upto 24 hours in advance so our networking department can properly review, prepare, and perform the change. You can request the changes by opening a ticket through our website to "Manged Firewall Department".
