HPC Host support will always work to help the customer, however, since the Virtual OS you provided was not installed by our engineers we do not guarantee support for anything more than basic support for proper VMWare host operation.
We will provide the VMWare tools for the supported operating systems and any guides for help with unsupported operating systems we know of.
