Unmanaged Backup Storage Solution
Our most cost effective solution for backing up a client’s environment is our unmanaged backup storage solution utilizing a NetApp Backup storage system.
This solution allows the client complete control over their backup environment including choosing the type of backup strategy that bet fits their needs.
The client can choose from many strategies including but not limited to Hot cloning, Cold cloning, or using a Virtual Machine attached to the Backup storage and performing agent or application backups of other VMs.
Level 1 backup is priced only by the amount of storage space you require to perform your backups making it a very cost effective solution.

VMware Data Recovery System
Our middle tier backup solution uses vmware's backup feature set called Data Recovery.
Data Recovery provides:
Full image backup of virtual machines
Full and incremental recovery of virtual machines plus recovery of individual files and directories.
Disk-based backup and recovery. Utilize disk-based storage to enable speedy recovery of your virtual machines.
VSS support. Supports Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to enable backup of Microsoft applications.
Full awareness of VMware vSphere to back up virtual machines regarless of powered-on state or migration status.
Monitors virtual machines that are migrated with VMware.
VMotion, so scheduled backups are not disrupted.
Fault Tolerance enabled guests are not supported, see Symantec Backup Option for FT backups
Symantec Backup Exec with application specific agent options support.
Our Enterprise level offering takes advantage of the feature and agent options from Symantec Backup Exec.
This includes support for such agents as VMware, Exchange, SQL server, Sharepoint, Active Directory, linux, DB2, and many more.
Full vmware guest level backup combined with OS and Application level backup.
VMware Fault Tolerance enabled guests can be backed up using the OS agent and application agent to produce full and incremental backups.
