Reseller Discounts
Reseller may apply only one method of discount at a time.
Volume Discount or Revenue Discount must be selected by Reseller in writing at the time of execution of this agreement and may be modified with 60 days written notice.
Reseller discounts may NOT be combined with other discounts, promotions, or rebate offers unless explicitly specified in that program or promotion or approved by a Company Sales manager.
Reseller Requirements
Have a verifiable Web site, company name, and address
Provide first level technical support to your clients
Provide billing and accounting support to your clients
Receive and resolve SPAM, DMCA and Abuse reports of your clients
Resell our products or services above the pricing listed on our website
